The Application may ask the user to provide the location of the device-in-use: that process is used by the Application to automatically fetch (for convenience) the weather forecast for the position where the user currently is. The user can still decide with complete freedom not to grant that permission to the Application while continuing to use it without any problems.

  • Do third parties see and have access to information obtained by the Application?

No third parties see and have access to the information obtained by the Application since that information (the position of the mobile device, when granted by the user) is not stored but only used as strictly necessary.

The information collected (the position of the mobile device, when granted by the user) is not shared nor retained. That information is volatile and will be collected every time the app is up and running.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

Security

Despite the Application does not store any form of data, we are concerned about the security of your mobile device while you use this Application.

In order to ensure optimal security, you shall regularly install any Application update available from the mobile application marketplace.
